To ensure that you select the correct sized garment for your body, please refer to the charts below to find out which size is suitable for your body measurements. We have two size charts: one for general clothing and one specifically for abayas.
Clothing Size Chart
Our general clothing chart displays figures that relate to your body measurements. When taking your measurements:
- Hold the tape measure snugly to the body but do not pull it tight
- Measure your bust around the fullest part of your chest
- Measure your waist around your natural waistline. This can be found by tilting your upper body to the side and your natural waistline is around where the crease forms.
- Measure your hips around the widest part. This is approximately 8” (20cm) below your natural waistline
Abaya Size Chart
Due to the looser fitting nature of abayas, we have created a separate size chart for them. Please note: On the abaya size chart, the measurements stated are for the abaya itself and not for the body measurements. All our abaya sleeves are of a standard length. To find which length is most appropriate for you, measure your height from your shoulder to the floor whilst standing upright. For a more accurate measurement, it is best to do this barefooted and have someone at hand to help you. All our abayas are designed to be worn with heels and so will be slightly longer than your measured height to account for this.
