What abaya/dress size am I?

This information can be found on our sizing guide. We have tried to outline this in the simplest way possible to make sure that it is easy to understand. There is also a measuring guide on there. If you find it difficult to measure yourself on your own, we suggest that you ask someone to assist you.

My order details are incorrect, what should I do?
If you realise that you have made a mistake with your order after confirmation i.e. address or name, then please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible so this can be updated before your parcel is sent out.

How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been shipped, this cannot be processed.
What are my payment options?

Our accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. All orders are processed online. Purchases could take up to 48 hours to appear on your account.

Are out of stock items re-stocked?
If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock we will aim to re-stock it for you. Just send us an email stating which item you are interested in, the colour you’re after and what size. If we are able to re-stock it we will let you know as soon as it becomes available. Alternatively, you can sign up to the Bint Noir Newsletter which will notify you when we introduce new products or if any previous ones have been re-stocked. If an item is discontinued it will be removed from our product listings.
I have received an incorrect item. What should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item from us, contact us as soon as possible on [email protected] and we will arrange for the item to be shipped back to us. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will immediately ship the correct item to you. All shipping costs will be covered by Bint Noir.
How do I use a promotion code?
Promotional codes can be applied at the checkout. Enter the code at the checkout page in the coupon code box and then click on ‘Apply Coupon’ to apply the voucher to the order. If your promotion code is not working, please double check to make sure that it has not expired. If you are still having difficulty doing this then please contact us.
Why does my item look different to the pictures on the website?
We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible on the website. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Do you have a shop?
We do not currently have a shop. At the moment our business is based solely online and all our products are sold exclusively through our website.
Do you offer wholesale purchases?
This service is not available right now but we hope to make this possible in the near future.
I’m having trouble signing into my online account. How can I log back in?
Please check that you are using the same email address you used to create the account. If the email address is correct, go to the login page and click on ‘Lost your password’. Follow the instructions to set up a new password.
Why am I not receiving any replies to my emails?
We endeavour to respond to all emails within 48 hours. If you have not received a response within this time frame, please check your spam/junk folder to make sure the emails were not mistakenly filed there. If you have checked and still don’t find any emails from us, you may send us another email. During peak times or public holidays, we kindly request you wait a few extra days for us to respond as there may be a slight delay on our end in responding.
